elf: Remove _DL_HWCAP_PLATFORM
Remove the definitions of _DL_HWCAP_PLATFORM as those are not used anymore after removal in elf/dl-cache.c:search_cache(). Reviewed-by: Adhemerval Zanella <adhemerval.zanella@linaro.org>
