	* elf/Makefile (distribute): Add reldep6mod[01234].c,
	unwind-dw2.c, unwind-dw2-fde.c, unwind.h, unwind-pe.h,
	unwind-dw2-fde.h, and dwarf2.h.
	* sysdeps/unix/bsd/bsd4.4/Dist: New file.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/aix/Dist: Add sysv_termio.h and start-libc.c.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/ia64/Dist: Add ldd-rewrite.sed.
	* sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/Dist: Likewise.
