wifi: ath12k: peer assoc for 320 MHz

Browse source 
Add required peer association definitions and processing if the
bandwidth is 320 MHz.

Tested-on: QCN9274 hw2.0 PCI WLAN.WBE.1.0.1-00029-QCAHKSWPL_SILICONZ-1
