7dba6e838e drm/amdgpu/sdma: Fix incorrect calculations of the wptr of the doorbells
This patch fixes the issue where the driver miscomputes the 64-bit
values of the wptr of the SDMA doorbell when initializing the
hardware. SDMA engines v4 and later on have full 64-bit registers for
wptr thus they should be set properly.

Older generation hardwares like CIK / SI have only 16 / 20 / 24bits
for the WPTR, where the calls of lower_32_bits() will be removed in a
following patch.

f3986e86b2 drm/amdgpu: skipping SDMA hw_init and hw_fini for S0ix.
[Why]
SDMA ring buffer test failed if suspend is aborted during
S0i3 resume.

[How]
If suspend is aborted for some reason during S0i3 resume
cycle, it follows SDMA ring test failing and errors in amdgpu
resume. For RN/CZN/Picasso, SMU saves and restores SDMA
registers during S0ix cycle. So, skipping SDMA suspend and
resume from driver solves the issue. This time, the system
is able to resume gracefully even the suspend is aborted.

1d789535a0 drm/amdgpu: convert IP version array to include instances
Allow us to query instances versions more cleanly.

Instancing support is not consistent unfortunately. SDMA is a
good example. Sienna cichlid has 4 total SDMA instances, each
enumerated separately (HWIDs 42, 43, 68, 69). Arcturus has 8
total SDMA instances, but they are enumerated as multiple
instances of the same HWIDs (4x HWID 42, 4x HWID 43). UMC
is another example. On most chips there are multiple
instances with the same HWID. This allows us to support both
forms.

v3: clarify instancing support

d4dd336409 drm/amdgpu: Reconfigure ULV for gfx9 server SKUs
SDMA ULV can benefit low-power modes, but can sometimes cause
latency increases in small SDMA transfers. Server SKUs have a
different trade-off space in this domain, so this configures
the server SKUs' ULV hysteresis times differently than consumer
SKUs'.

d0767e0e0f drm/amdgpu/sdma4: simplify the logic around powering up sdma
Just check if it's an APU. The checks for the ppfuncs are
pointless because if we don't have them we can't power up
sdma anyway so we shouldn't even be in this code in the first
place. I'm not sure about the in_gpu_reset check. This
probably needs to be double checked. The fini logic doesn't
match the init logic however with that in_gpu_reset check
in place which seems odd.
