Memory controller drivers for v5.17 - OMAP GPMC

1. Add support for AM64 SoC.
2. Minor improvement: use platform_get_irq().

[miquel.raynal@bootlin.com: A first commit introduced a new omap
compatible and another moved the IDs to a header which created a
conflict: moving the new ID as well in the header fixed it.]

c06dd49fd5 mtd: rawnand: omap: Add larger page NAND chips support
There is no reason to be limited to 4kiB page NAND chips just because
this is the maximum length the ELM is able to handle in one go. Just
call the ELM several times and it will process as many data as needed.

Here we introduce the concept of ECC page (which is at most 4kiB). The
ELM will be sought as many times as there are ECC pages.

49894937fc mtd: rawnand: omap: Use ECC information from the generic structures
As part of a previous fix, we imported the BCH internal structure in
order to get information about the BCH engine configuration.

It is best not to access private structure so instead, a small rework
has been done to export more information from the ECC engines. Now,
let's use these.

b135b3358d mtd: rawnand: omap: Use BCH private fields in the specific OOB layout
The OMAP driver may leverage software BCH logic to locate errors while
using its own hardware to detect the presence of errors. This is
achieved with a "mixed" mode which initializes manually the software
BCH internal logic while providing its own OOB layout.

The issue here comes from the fact that the BCH driver has been
updated to only use generic NAND objects, and no longer depend on raw
NAND structures as it is usable from SPI-NAND as well. However, at the
end of the BCH context initialization, the driver checks the validity
of the OOB layout. At this stage, the raw NAND fields have not been
populated yet while being used by the layout helpers, leading to an
invalid layout.

The chosen solution here is to include the BCH structure definition
and to refer to the BCH fields directly (de-referenced as a const
pointer here) to know as early as possible the number of steps and ECC
bytes which have been chosen.

Note: I don't know which commit exactly triggered the error, but the
entire migration to a generic BCH driver got merged in one go, so this
should not be a problem for stable backports.

ea146d7fbf mtd: nand: ecc-bch: Update the prototypes to be more generic
These functions must be usable by the main NAND core, so their names
must be technology-agnostic as well as the parameters. Hence, we pass
a generic nand_device instead of a raw nand_chip structure.

As it seems that changing the raw NAND functions to always pass a
generic NAND device is a lost of time, we prefer to create dedicated
raw NAND wrappers that will be useful in the near future to do the
translation.

We are about to simplify the locking in the rawnand framework, and part
of this simplication is about getting rid of chip->state, so let's
first patch drivers that check the state.

All of them do that to get a timeout value based on the operation that
is being executed. Since a timeout is, by definition, something that
is here to prevent hanging on an event that might never happen,
picking the maximum timeout value no matter the operation should be
harmless.

In the raw NAND core, a NAND chip is described by a nand_chip structure,
while a NAND controller is described with a nand_hw_control structure
which is not very meaningful.

Rename this structure nand_controller.

As the structure gets renamed, it is logical to also rename the core
function initializing it from nand_hw_control_init() to
nand_controller_init().

Lastly, the 'hwcontrol' entry of the nand_chip structure is not
meaningful neither while it has the role of fallback when no controller
structure is provided by the driver (the controller driver is dumb and
can only control a single chip). Thus, it is renamed dummy_controller.
