f70e43763e drm/i915/dp: convert intel_dp_aux.[ch] to struct intel_display
Going forward, struct intel_display shall replace struct
drm_i915_private as the main display device data pointer type. Convert
intel_dp_aux.[ch] to struct intel_display.

93cbc1accb drm/i915/mtl: Add fake PCH for Meteor Lake
Correct the implementation trying to detect MTL PCH with
the MTL fake PCH id.

On MTL, both the North Display (NDE) and South Display (SDE) functionality
reside on the same die (the SoC die in this case), unlike many past
platforms where the SDE was on a separate PCH die. The code is (badly)
structured today in a way that assumes the SDE is always on the PCH for
modern platforms, so on platforms where we don't actually need to identify
the PCH to figure out how the SDE behaves (i.e., all DG1/2 GPUs as well as
MTL and LNL),we've been assigning a "fake PCH" as a quickhack that allows
us to avoid restructuring a bunch of the code.we've been assigning a

Removed unused macros of LNL amd MTL as well.

b0462e94c9 drm/i915: Move the g45 PEG band gap HPD workaround to the HPD code
We are asked to reprogram PEG_BAND_GAP_DATA prior to enabling
hotplug detection on the g45 HDMI/DP ports. Currently we do said
reprogamming from the DP/HDMI connector initialization functions.
That code should be mostly platform agnostic so clearly not the
best place for this. Move the workaround to the place where we
actually enable HPD detection.

696c331990 drm/i915/xe2lpd: Add support for HPD
Hotplug setup for Xe2_LPD differs from Xe_LPD+ by the fact that the
extra programming for hotplug inversion and DDI HPD filter duration is
not necessary anymore. As mtp_hpd_irq_setup() is reasonably small,
prefer to fork it into a new function for Xe2_LPD instead of adding a
platform check.

4948738e29 drm/i915/hotplug: Reduce SHPD_FILTER to 250us
On TGP, the RTC (always running) was reduced from 3MHz to 32KHz.
As a result of this change, when HPD active going low pulse or HPD IRQ
is presented and the refclk (19.2MHz) is not toggling already toggling,
there is a 60 to 90us synchronization delay which effectively reduces
the duration of the IRQ pulse to less than the programmed 500us filter
value and the hot plug interrupt is NOT registered.
Solution was to Reduce SHPD_FILTER to 250us for ADL and above.
This solution was derived when the below patch was floated.

The line between the new intel_hotplug_irq.[ch] and the existing

move the stuff out of i915_irq.[ch].
