There are extra spaces in the middle of #define. It is recommended
to delete the spaces to make the code look more comfortable.

The core sched kselftest makes prctl calls only with correct
parameters. This patch will extend this test with more core
schedule prctl calls with wrong parameters to increase code
coverage.

Previously, 'make -C sched run_tests' will block forever when it occurs
something wrong where the *selftests framework* is waiting for its child
processes to exit.
