We had a, what was supposed to be temporary, hack in the KMS code where we'd
completely drain an EVO/NVD channel's push buffer when wrapping to the start
again, instead of treating it as a ring buffer.

Some HDA pin widgets may be disabled by BIOS, and unavailable from a
SOR. Our SOR allocation policy uses this information to allocate an
appropriate SOR when HDA is supported by a display.

Since GM200, SORs are no longer tied to a specific connector, and we
allocate them instead, with the assumption that all SORs are equally
capable.
However, there's a 1<->1 mapping between SOR and HDA pin widget, and
it turns out that it's possible for some widgets to be disabled...
In order to avoid picking a SOR without a valid pin widget, some new
rules need to be added.

The implementations for most channel types contains a map of methods to
priv registers in order to provide debugging info when a disp exception
has been raised.
This info is missing from the implementation of PIO channels as they're
rather simplistic already, however, if an exception is raised by one of
them, we'd end up triggering a NULL-pointer deref. Not ideal...

The bulk SPDX addition made all these files into GPL-2.0 licensed files.
However the remainder of the project is MIT-licensed, these files
were simply missing the boiler plate and got caught up in the global update.

Where possible, we want the failsafe link configuration (one which won't
hang the OR during modeset because of not enough bandwidth for the mode)
to also be supported by the sink.
This prevents "link rate unsupported by sink" messages when link training
fails.

High pixel clocks are required to use a 40 TMDS divider instead of 10,
and even low ones may optionally use scrambling depending on device
support.

If a HPD pulse signalling the need to retrain the link occurs between
the KMS driver releasing the output and the supervisor interrupt that
finishes the teardown, it was possible get a NULL-ptr deref.
Avoid this by marking the link as inactive earlier.

common to all channel types, allowing for more flexibility in available
channel types/counts, and reducing the amount of boiler-plate required.
