6fe4ccdc3d selftests: mptcp: add the flush addrs testcase
This patch added the flush addrs testcase. In do_transfer, if the number
of removing addresses is less than 8, use the del addr command to remove
the addresses one by one. If the number is more than 8, use the flush addrs
command to remove the addresses.

8b819a84d4 selftests: mptcp: add link failure test case
Add a test case where a link fails with multiple subflows.
The expectation is that MPTCP will transmit any data that
could not be delivered via the failed link on another subflow.

8d014eaa92 selftests: mptcp: add ADD_ADDR timeout test case
This patch added the test case for retransmitting ADD_ADDR when timeout
occurs. It set NS1's add_addr_timeout to 1 second, and drop NS2's ADD_ADDR
echo packets.

Here we need to slow down the transfer process of all data to let the
ADD_ADDR suboptions can be retransmitted three times. So we added a new
parameter "speed" for do_transfer, it can be set with fast or slow.

We also added three new optional parameters for run_tests, and dropped
run_remove_tests function.

Since we added the netfilter rules in this test case, we need to update
the "config" file.

dd72b0fede selftests: mptcp: add remove addr and subflow test cases
This patch added the remove addr and subflow test cases and two new
functions.

The first function run_remove_tests calls do_transfer with two new
arguments, rm_nr_ns1 and rm_nr_ns2, for the numbers of addresses should be
removed during the transfer process in namespace 1 and namespace 2.

If both these two arguments are 0, we do the join test cases with
"mptcp_connect -j" command. Otherwise, do the remove test cases with
"mptcp_connect -r" command.

The second function chk_rm_nr checks the RM_ADDR related mibs's counters.

The output of the test cases looks like this:

11 remove single subflow syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                   rm [ ok ] - sf [ ok ]
12 remove multiple subflows syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                   rm [ ok ] - sf [ ok ]
13 remove single address syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                   add[ ok ] - echo [ ok ]
                                   rm [ ok ] - sf [ ok ]
14 remove subflow and signal syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                   add[ ok ] - echo [ ok ]
                                   rm [ ok ] - sf [ ok ]
15 remove subflows and signal syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                   add[ ok ] - echo [ ok ]
                                   rm [ ok ] - sf [ ok ]

be61316003 selftests: mptcp: add ADD_ADDR mibs check function
This patch added the ADD_ADDR related mibs counter check function
chk_add_nr(). This function check both ADD_ADDR and ADD_ADDR with
echo flag.

The output looks like this:

07 unused signal address syn[ ok ] - synack[ ok ] - ack[ ok ]
                                      add[ ok ] - echo [ ok ]

8b974778f9 selftests: mptcp: interpret \n as a new line
In case of errors, this message was printed:

  (...)
  # read: Resource temporarily unavailable
  # client exit code 0, server 3
  # \nnetns ns1-0-BJlt5D socket stat for 10003:
  (...)

Obviously, the idea was to add a new line before the socket stat and not
print "\nnetns".

00587187ad selftests: mptcp: add test cases for mptcp join tests with syn cookies
Also add test cases with MP_JOIN when tcp_syncookies sysctl is 2 (i.e.,
syncookies are always-on).

While at it, also print the test number and add the test number
to the pcap files that can be generated optionally.

This makes it easier to match the pcap to the test case.
