Mechanical switch from the legacy "mode" enumeration to the new
"engine type" enumeration in drivers and board files.
The device tree parsing is also updated to return the new enumeration
from the old strings.

This helper is not very useful and very often people get confused:
they use nand_release() instead of nand_cleanup().
Let's stop using nand_release() by calling mtd_device_unregister() and
nand_cleanup() directly.

nand_release() is supposed be called after MTD device registration.
Here, only nand_scan() happened, so use nand_cleanup() instead.
There is no Fixes tag applying here as the use of nand_release()
in this driver predates by far the introduction of nand_cleanup() in
commit d44154f969 ("mtd: nand: Provide nand_cleanup() function to free NAND related resources")
which makes this change possible. However, pointing this commit as the
culprit for backporting purposes makes sense.

The wait timeouts and delays are directly extracted from the NAND
timings and ->chip_delay is only used in legacy path, so let's move it
to the nand_legacy struct to make it clear.

We regularly have new NAND controller drivers that are making use of
fields/hooks that we want to get rid of but can't because of all the
legacy drivers that we might break if we do.
So, instead of removing those fields/hooks, let's move them to a
sub-struct which is clearly documented as deprecated.
We start with the ->IO_ADDR_{R,W] fields.

We don't need mach/hardware.h and sm/mach-types.h, and asm/io.h can be
replaced by linux/io.h.
Now that we removed those inclusions, we're ready to allow selection of
this driver when COMPILE_TEST=y.
