504148fedb net: add skb_[inner_]tcp_all_headers helpers
Most drivers use "skb_transport_offset(skb) + tcp_hdrlen(skb)"
to compute headers length for a TCP packet, but others
use more convoluted (but equivalent) ways.

Add skb_tcp_all_headers() and skb_inner_tcp_all_headers()
helpers to harmonize this a bit.

a14e39041b qlcnic: switch from 'pci_' to 'dma_' API
The wrappers in include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h should go away.

The patch has been generated with the coccinelle script below.

It has been hand modified to use 'dma_set_mask_and_coherent()' instead of
'pci_set_dma_mask()/pci_set_consistent_dma_mask()' when applicable.
This is less verbose.

It has been compile tested.

c333fa0c4f qlcnic: fix Tx descriptor corruption on 82xx devices
In regular NIC transmission flow, driver always configures MAC using
Tx queue zero descriptor as a part of MAC learning flow.
But with multi Tx queue supported NIC, regular transmission can occur on
any non-zero Tx queue and from that context it uses
Tx queue zero descriptor to configure MAC, at the same time TX queue
zero could be used by another CPU for regular transmission
which could lead to Tx queue zero descriptor corruption and cause FW
abort.

This patch fixes this in such a way that driver always configures
learned MAC address from the same Tx queue which is used for
regular transmission.

6e03f896b5 Merge git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/davem/net
Conflicts:
	drivers/net/vxlan.c
	drivers/vhost/net.c
	include/linux/if_vlan.h
	net/core/dev.c

The net/core/dev.c conflict was the overlap of one commit marking an
existing function static whilst another was adding a new function.

In the include/linux/if_vlan.h case, the type used for a local
variable was changed in 'net', whereas the function got rewritten
to fix a stacked vlan bug in 'net-next'.

In drivers/vhost/net.c, Al Viro's iov_iter conversions in 'net-next'
overlapped with an endainness fix for VHOST 1.0 in 'net'.

In drivers/net/vxlan.c, vxlan_find_vni() added a 'flags' parameter
in 'net-next' whereas in 'net' there was a bug fix to pass in the
correct network namespace pointer in calls to this function.

34e8c406fd qlcnic: refactor Tx/SDS ring calculation and validation in driver.
o Current driver has duplicate code for validating user input
  for changing Tx/SDS rings using set_channel ethtool interface.
  This patch removes duplicate code and refactored Tx/SDS ring
  validation for 82xx/83xx/84xx series adapter.
o Refactored code now calculates maximum Tx/Rx ring driver can
  support based on Default, NPAR and SRIOV PF/VF mode of driver.

df95fc44c0 qlcnic: use standard NAPI weights
Since commit 82dc3c63 ("net: introduce NAPI_POLL_WEIGHT")
netif_napi_add() produces an error message if a NAPI poll weight
greater than 64 is requested.

qlcnic requests the weight as large as 256 for some of its rings, and
smaller values for other rings. For instance in qlcnic_82xx_napi_add()
I think the intention was to give the tx+rx ring a bigger weight than
to rx-only rings, but it's actually doing the opposite. So I'm assuming
the weights do not really matter much.

Just use the standard NAPI weights for all rings.
