In [1], Christoph Hellwig has proposed to remove the wrappers in
include/linux/pci-dma-compat.h.
Some reasons why this API should be removed have been given by Julia
Lawall in [2].
A coccinelle script has been used to perform the needed transformation

The skfddi driver has a private ioctl and passes the data correctly
through ifr_data, but the use of a pointer in s_skfp_ioctl is
broken in compat mode.
Change the driver to use ndo_siocdevprivate and disallow calling
it in compat mode until a conversion handler is added.

using dma_zalloc_coherent() is superflous. Phase it out.

bp->SharedMemAddr is set to NULL while bp->SharedMemSize lesser-or-equal 0,
then memset will trigger null-ptr-deref.
fix it by replacing pci_alloc_consistent with dma_zalloc_coherent.

We should prefer `struct pci_device_id` over `DEFINE_PCI_DEVICE_TABLE` to
meet kernel coding style guidelines. This issue was reported by checkpatch.

The driver core clears the driver data to NULL after device_release
or on probe failure. Thus, it is not needed to manually clear the
device driver data to NULL.
