Dr. David Alan Gilbert	83a1b574ce	cdx: remove unused struct 'cdx_mcdi_copy_buffer' ... 'cdx_mcdi_copy_buffer' has been unused since the original commit eb96b74019 ("cdx: add MCDI protocol interface for firmware interaction"). Looking at lkml, it was used in the V1 posting but was removed somewhere before V6. Remove it. Nipun Gupta	eb96b74019	cdx: add MCDI protocol interface for firmware interaction ... The MCDI (Management CPU Driver Interface) is used as a protocol to communicate with the RPU firmware. It has pre-defined set of messages for different message exchanges between APU and RPU.
