82da62abe5 parisc: Limit amount of kgdb breakpoints on parisc 
kgdb is rarely used and 40 breakpoints seems enough to debug
parisc specific bugs.

eacbfce19d parisc: add KGDB support 
This patch add KGDB support to PA-RISC. It also implements
single-stepping utilizing the recovery counter.
