This mxc-jpeg driver doesn't allow the client to set the bytesperline,
but for some android cts case, it need to negotiate the bytesperline
between decoder and display, and fail the case if driver doesn't support
negotiating bytesperline
The jpegdec and jpegenc does support to set bytesperline which is
multiple of 2, and greater than the value calulated by driver.

After gstreamer rework the dynamic resolution change handling, gstreamer
stop doing capture buffer allocation based on guesses and wait for the
source change event when available. It requires driver always notify
source change event in the initialization, even if the size parsed is
equal to the size set on capture queue. otherwise, the pipeline will be
stalled.
Currently driver may not notify source change event if the parsed format
and size are equal to those previously established, but it may stall the
gstreamer pipeline.

imx jpeg encoder and decoder support 4 slots each,

driver should only enable one slot one time.

only slot 0 can be enabled in imx8q platform,

The codec can support any image size WxH,
with arbitrary W (image width) and H (image height) dimensions.
But it requires buffer alignment,
so driver can report the aligned resolution through the g_fmt,
and report the actual resolution through the g_selection.
For encoder, it even support to encode a smaller jpeg
than the original picture through s_selection api.
For the decoder, we do not support cropping a portion smaller
than the original picture, due to hardware limitations (wrapper side).

To support dynamic resolution change,
driver should meet the following conditions:
1. the previous pictures are all decoded before source change event.
2. prevent decoding new resolution pictures with incorrect capture
buffer, until user handle source change event and setup capture.
3. report correct fmt and resolution during source change.

The decoder will save the precision that was detected from jpeg header
and use it later, when choosing the pixel format and also calculate
bytesperline according to precision.
The 12bit jpeg is not supported yet,
but driver shouldn't led to serious problem if user enqueue a 12 bit jpeg.
And the 12bit jpeg is supported by hardware, driver may support it later.
