fb5dad4084 KVM: selftests: introduce P44V64 for z196 and EC12
Older machines like z196 and zEC12 do only support 44 bits of physical
addresses. Make this the default and check via IBC if we are on a later
machine. We then add P47V64 as an additional model.

e42ac777d6 KVM: selftests: Factor out guest mode code
demand_paging_test, dirty_log_test, and dirty_log_perf_test have
redundant guest mode code. Factor it out.

Also, while adding a new include, remove the ones we don't need.
