63658cbc66 ARM: tegra: Rename GPIO hog nodes to match schema
GPIO hog nodes must have a "hog-" prefix or "-hog" suffix according to
the DT schema. Rename all such nodes to allow validation to pass.

9482a17008 ARM: tegra: Use proper tuple notation
Tuple boundaries should be marked by < and > to make it clear which
cells are part of the same tuple. This also helps the json-schema based
validation tooling to properly parse this data.

While at it, also remove the "immovable" bit from PCI addresses. All of
these addresses are in fact "movable".

32c096c227 ARM: tegra: Rename sdhci nodes to mmc
The new json-schema based validation tools require SD/MMC controller
nodes to be named mmc. Rename all references to them.

b57d6b996e ARM: tegra: apalis_t30: support v1.1 hardware revision
Support the V1.1 hardware revisions with the following change:

Changed power rail for MMC1 interface to a 3.3V/1.8V switchable rail in
order to be able to run UHS SD cards in ultra high speed 1.8V mode.
