Mintz, Yuval	e8f1cb507d	qed*: Update to dual-license ... Since the submission of the qedr driver, there's inconsistency in the licensing of the various qed/qede files - some are GPLv2 and some are dual-license. Yuval Mintz	1d6cff4fca	qed: Add iSCSI out of order packet handling. ... This patch adds out of order packet handling for hardware offloaded iSCSI. Out of order packet handling requires driver buffer allocation and assistance.
