da03f0296c iwlwifi: mvm: support new TX power command
Add support for the new (bigger) TX power command. This doesn't
actually take advantage of the new capabilities (to set per-chain
TX power limits) but makes the code compatible with newer firmware
images expecting the larger command.

36fb901726 iwlwifi: mvm: add the ability to trigger only monitor dumps
Change the FW debug trigger tlv to include a monitor only
option. Setting this option to true will cause fw dump triggers
to only collect monitor data and skip other dumps such as
SMEM, SRAM, CSR, PRPH, etc.
This option is used when accessing the different parts of the
firmware memory is not wanted and can cause unwanted behavior
like when debugging TX latency.

17564dde60 iwlwifi: add new TLV capability flag for gscan support
Gscan is a scan feature which is supported on certain devices only,
hence the need for a TLV flag for it. For devices that support gscan
store the gscan capabilities advertised by the FW so the driver can
report it to upper layers.

a6c4fb4441 iwlwifi: mvm: Add FW paging mechanism for the UMAC on PCI
Family 8000 products has 2 embedded processors, the first
known as LMAC (lower MAC) and implements the functionality from
previous products, the second one is known as UMAC (upper MAC)
and is used mainly for driver offloads as well as new features.
The UMAC is typically “less” real-time than the LMAC and is used
for higher level controls.
The UMAC's code/data size is estimated to be in the mega-byte arena,
taking into account the code it needs to replace in the driver and
the set of new features.

In order to allow the UMAC to execute code that is bigger than its code
memory, we allow the UMAC embedded processor to page out code pages on
DRAM.

When the device is master on the bus(PCI) the driver saves the UMAC's
image pages in blocks of 32K in the DRAM and sends the layout of the
pages to the FW. The FW can load / unload the pages on its own.

The driver can support up to 1 MB of pages.

Add paging mechanism for the UMAC on PCI in order to allow the program
to use a larger virtual space while using less physical memory on the
device.

93190fb058 iwlwifi: mvm: Enable Rx Checksum hw
TCP software implementation on the host requires extensive computing
power.  Offloading even some of the TCP/IP stack to the NIC might save
a significant overhead. In order to enable this feature on our hw,
we need to configure it first. Once done, we mark this capability,
to be advertised later to the OS via ieee80211_register_hw.
The driver Rx indications for TCP Checksum is integrated within the
standard Rx status. The driver responds to those indications as follows:
If the frame was tested by hw and checksum ok report CHECKSUM_UNNECESSARY.
Otherwise, report CHECKSUM_NONE.

869f3b15c9 iwlwifi: pcie: provide a way to stop configuration if it is forbidden
The firmware debug infrastructure allows the user to
provide a firmware that will toggle a few registers to
configure the debugging capabilities.
On certain devices, certain operations are forbidden.
Executing a forbidden operation will cause the hardware to
die in a way that only driver unload / load will bring it
back to life.
Fortunately, there is a way to know in advance if those
operations will be accepted by the device. This is where
the new PRPH_BLOCKBIT operation plays its role. If the bit
X from PRPH register Y is set, then we should prevent any
further register configuration. When that happens, drop a
line in the kernel log since this is really an error state:
the user won't have his device configured as he expected.
Add operations that will be used in the future:
INDIRECT_ASSIGN, INDIRECT_SETBIT, and INDIRECT_CLEARBIT.

Other debugging configurations (such as destination
configuration for the monitor) will take place in any case.

ab02165cce iwlwifi: add wide firmware command infrastructure for TX
As the firmware is slowly running out of command IDs and grouping of
commands is desirable anyway, the firmware is extending the command
header from 4 bytes to 8 bytes to introduce a group (in place of the
former flags field, since that's always 0 on commands and thus can
be easily used to distinguish between the two.

In order to support this most easily in the driver widen the command
command ID used in the command sending functions and encode the new
values (group and version) in the ID. That way existing code doesn't
have to be changed (since the higher bits are 0 automatically) and
newer code can easily use the new ID generation function to create a
value to use in place of just the command ID.

ce7929186a iwlwifi: mvm: add basic Time of Flight (802.11mc FTM) support
ToF is a time based method for measurement of the WiFi device
location within a WiFi environment. The driver functionality provided
by this patch is the interface for communication with FW and receiving
location related updates from the FW. The interface provided by this
patch is via debugfs.

All the supported firmwares support this API.
This includes removing dwell per band, as band is no longer a factor
in calculating the dwell. Only basic dwell is used and FW will calculate
the actual dwell time.

Add DC2DC_CONFIG_CMD (0x83) cmd.

Add IWL_UCODE_TLV_CAPA_DC2DC_CONFIG_SUPPORT tlv.

The command allows the driver get & set the DCDC's frequency tune.
(freq_tune is the divider that is used to calculate the actual DCDC's
clock rate)
The command always returns the current/updated frequency tune values of
the DCDC.

859d914c8f iwlwifi: prepare for higher API/CAPA bits
Currently, loading the firmware fails when it has higher API or CAPA
bits than the driver supports. That's an issue with integration.

At the same time, actually using api[0] and capa[0] will become
confusing when we also have api[1] and capa[1], and it's almost
certain that we'll mix up the bits and use the bits for api[1] with
api[0] by accident.

Avoid all this by translating the API/CAPA bits to the regular kernel
test_bit() format, and also providing wrapper functions. Also use the
__bitwise__ facility of sparse to check that we're testing the right
one.

4203263d83 iwlwifi: mvm: implement the BlockAck related debug triggers
BlockAck sessions can have events that are interesting to
debug. When we send or receive a BAR, it is may indicate
that something bad is happening. Even more so when mac80211
tells us that a frame timed out in the reodering buffer.
Add a few triggers for BlockAck session debugging.
Allow per-TID debugging.

d7afbfc418 iwlwifi: mvm: add support for 8 level scan priority API
Add support for scan priority API with 8 levels instead of the
existing 3 levels. This API is needed to define the priority of
new ooc activities, e.g. gscan.

the old one.

96c285da0d iwlwifi: allow to limit the size of the external buffer for firmware debugging
When we use an external buffer, it is allocated from the
t DRAM and can be as big as 64MB. This buffer is huge and
might not be needed for the specific issue being chased.
Especially if lots of dumps are going to be created.
Allow to limit the size of the buffer in the configuration.

d44c3fe68c iwlwifi: mvm: fix Tx Power firmware API
The firmware doesn't relate the scan to a vif. The scan is
run by a separate entity called auxiliary MAC (aka AUX MAC).
This AUX MAC needs to get Tx power limitations that are
not applied on a specific vif, but on the device as a whole.

This can be implemented by using the minimum of all the
values set by the user for all the MACs. But then we need
to ignore the limitations that come from the AP or
regulatory for a specific vif: a specific vif might have
regulatory limitations because of the channel is works on.
This limit is irrelevant for the AUX MAC.
Use the new API from mac80211: the user_power_level in
bss_conf to achieve this.

Firmware -13.ucode has already moved to this API.

The only other way to catch these would have been to monitor
the Tx deauth event, but we can send a deauth when we roam.
So it would have been tricky to make sure we capture the
connection losses only.
Define a separate trigger for the connection losses to make
it easier to catch them.

4d165d12e3 iwlwifi: mvm: assign new TLV bit for multi-source LAR
According to FW methodology, the capability bits should be the only ones
that change per-HW. The API bits should remain constant across different
HWs.
Currently this is not the case with multi-source LAR (API bit 9). Assign
a new capability bit to eventually replace the API bit. Until the API bit
can be deprecated, the driver will check either to enable multi-source
LAR.

8ba2d7a1dd iwlwifi: mvm: take the MAC address from HW registers
For some configurations, the driver should get the MAC
address from the hardware registers and not from the
regular locations. Since the parsing of the MAC address
is the same regardless of its source, continue the regular
code path (parsing) after we read the registers.

5a756c20c4 iwlwifi: mvm: add trigger for firmware dump upon statistics
It can be very useful to monitor the statistics and trigger
a firmware dump when a certain value hits a certain offset.
Since the statistics are huge, add a generic trigger. When
the DWORD at offset X reaches value Y.

Since there is another trigger before this one I can't add
right now because of a dependency on mac80211, add a
reserved entry to keep the enum in place.

d2709ad723 iwlwifi: mvm: add framework for triggers for fw dump
Most of the time, the issues we want to debug with the
firmware dump mechanism are transient. It is then very
hard to stop the recording on time and get meaningful
data.
In order to solve this, I add here an infrastucture
of triggers. The user will supply a list of triggers
that will start / stop the recording. We have two types
of triggers: start and stop. Start triggers can start a
specific configuration. The stop triggers will be able to
kick the collection of the data with the currently running
configuration. These triggers are given to the driver by
the .ucode file - just like the configuration.

In the next patches, I'll add triggers in the code.

3d44eebf77 iwlwifi: mvm: add beamformer support
VHT Beamformer (BFER) will be used if the peer supports it
and there's a benefit to use it vs. STBC or SISO.
The driver now tells the FW whether BFER and/or STBC are
allowed but the FW will make the decision to use either
or stick to SISO on its own.
BFER is limited to a single remote peer. The driver takes
care of ensuring this to the FW and prioritizes with which
peer BFER will be used.

c5d679a55d iwlwifi: mvm: use a new API for enabling STBC
The new API tells the FW that it's allowed to use STBC
but the FW will decide on its own whether to use STBC
or SISO (and in the future Beamformer).
Keep support for the old API which sets STBC explicitly
in the rates in the LQ table while we still support old
FW revisions.

57d7b6a4cd iwlwifi: mvm: ignore temperature updates in the RX statistics notification
If the firmware sends spontaneous DTS notfications with the
temperature (indicated in a TLV), we can ignore the temperature we get
in the RX statistics notifications.  This prevents potentially
handling the same temperature change twice.  It also ignores
notifications with temperature equal to 0 that happens from time to
time.

A new host command can be used to configure the scheduler
instead of accessing the scheduler's registers from the
driver. This is easier and less error prone since accessing
the hardware at certain moments can lead to races with the
firmware.
Prefer to use the host command whenever it is available.

b48217670f iwlwifi: tlv: add support for IWL_UCODE_TLV_SDIO_ADMA_ADDR TLV
A new TLV supplies the ADMA address for SDIO mode, allowing
the driver to configure the default base address to be this
(as given in the FW), rather than hardcoding the values to
use until the FW sends the ALIVE message.

Use the value given by the FW in the IWL_UCODE_TLV_SDIO_ADMA_ADDR
TLV for setting the default SDTM base address until the FW sends
the ALIVE message. If it isn't given in the FW - use the current
hardcoded values.

61df750cb0 iwlwifi: mvm: Ability to work with packed usniffer image
The new ucode package format holds also the usniffer images
(in addition to the operational images and the TLVs).
The driver can load the usniffer image if debug
configuration tells it to.

Debug information can be appended to the firmware file. This
information will be used by the driver to enable / disable
debugging features in the firmware.

a52703b202 iwlwifi: move firmware file format definitions to correct header
The firmware file-format is described in iwl-fw-file.h, while the
internal handling structures and functions are in iwl-fw.h.

Fix the separation between the files by moving file format
definitions to iwl-fw-file.h.

Also add a missing description for a kernel-doc member, and it's
not needed to include iwl-fw-file.h again from the code (thanks
to Liad Kaufman).
