59fe916c84 media: media/platform: don't set description in ENUM_FMT
The V4L2 core sets the format description and flags for the driver in order
to ensure consistent naming.

So drop the strscpy of the description in drivers. Also remove any
description strings in driver-internal structures since those are
no longer needed.

And in am437x-vpfe.c drop an unnecessary f->type assignment in
vpfe_enum_fmt().

Use colorspace provided by the user as we are only doing scaling and
color encoding conversion, we won't be able to transform the colorspace
itself and the colorspace won't mater in that operation.

Also always use output colorspace on the capture side.

If the user does not provide a colorspace do not make it up, we might
later while processing need to figure out the colorspace, which
is possible depending on the frame size but do not ever guess and
leak that guess to the userspace.

2d7007153f [media] media: videobuf2: Restructure vb2_buffer
Remove v4l2 stuff - v4l2_buf, v4l2_plane - from struct vb2_buffer.

Add new member variables - bytesused, length, offset, userptr, fd,
data_offset - to struct vb2_plane in order to cover all information
of v4l2_plane.
struct vb2_plane {
        <snip>
        unsigned int            bytesused;
        unsigned int            length;
        union {
                unsigned int    offset;
                unsigned long   userptr;
                int             fd;
        } m;
        unsigned int            data_offset;
}

Replace v4l2_buf with new member variables - index, type, memory - which
are common fields for buffer management.
struct vb2_buffer {
        <snip>
        unsigned int            index;
        unsigned int            type;

        struct vb2_plane        planes[VIDEO_MAX_PLANES];
        <snip>
};

v4l2 specific fields - flags, field, timestamp, timecode,
sequence - are moved to vb2_v4l2_buffer in videobuf2-v4l2.c
struct vb2_v4l2_buffer {

d9315160ed [media] exynos-gsc: Handle ctx job finish when aborted
When the current context is running,
1] If release() or streamoff() is called on the current context,
   it waits until the job is aborted or finished.
2] If the job is finished, driver will call the v4l2_m2m_job_finish().
3] If the job is aborted inside device_run callback, then driver
   has to inform the v4l2 mem2mem framework about the same by calling
   v4l2_m2m_job_finish() with VB2_BUF_STATE_ERROR.

The current code doesn't call v4l2_m2m_job_finish() in the case, where
the job is aborted from the device_run callback. This scenerio is
producing a hang as the other queued contexts are not getting scheduled.

By adding the ABORT state, driver can understand the current job
is aborted and not finished. By checking this flag, driver can call
v4l2_m2m_job_finish() with VB2_BUF_STATE_ERROR.
