The encoder drivers need a handle to the source they are connected to in
order to control the source.
All drivers get that handle at probe time, resulting in probe deferral
when the source hasn't been probed yet. However they don't need the
handle until their connect handler is called.
Move retrieval of the source handle to the connect handler to avoid
probe deferrals.

Having the filename in the header serves little purpose and is
often wrong after renames as it is here in several places, just
drop it from all omapdrm files.

The CEC framework needs to know when the hotplug detect signal
disappears, since that means the CEC physical address has to be
invalidated (i.e. set to f.f.f.f).
Add a lost_hotplug op that is called when the HPD signal goes away.

For OMAP4 CEC support the CEC pin should always be on. So keep
ls_oe_gpio high all the time in order to support CEC.
Background: even if the HPD is low it should still be possible
to use CEC. Some displays will set the HPD low when they go into standby or
when they switch to another input, but CEC is still available and able
to wake up/change input for such a display.
This is explicitly allowed by the CEC standard.

tpd12s015 driver is missing error value handling for gpio
initialization, causing 0 to be returned as an error if gpiod_get_*
fails. This may cause deferred probing to fail.

omap_video_timings can be replaced with the generic videomode in omapdrm
and the omap_video_timings can be removed.
This patch will replace the omap_video_timings with videomode.
With the change we no longer need the functions to convert to/from
videomode and drm_display_mode to omap_video_timings, these can be removed
as well.

Some panel/encoder/connector driver includes omap-panel-data.h but they
do not need it. Remove the inclusion of video/omap-panel-data.h from these
drivers.

tpd12s015 HW has LS_OE, CT_CP_HPD and HPD gpios. Out of these gpios,
driver only handled LS_OE as optional. The CT_CP_HPD gpio should also
be treated as optional gpio as it is just a power saving feature. Some
boards hardwire this gpio to be always enable. In this patch, all access
to CT_CP_HPD gpio is made optional.

All devices using tpd12s015 driver are doing DT boot. No need of further
supporting the platform data. This patch removes support for platform
data.

Now that omapfb has its own copy of omapdss and display drivers, we can
move omapdss and display drivers which omapdrm uses to omapdrm's
directory.
We also need to change the main drm Makefile so that omapdrm directory
is always entered, because omapdss has a file that can't be built as a
module.
