Add support for the H27UCG8T2ETR-BC MLC NAND. The NAND is used widely
in the NTC CHIP, is an MLC type NAND, and is 8GB in size. Neither
JEDEC nor ONFI detection identifies it correctly, so the ID is added
to the nand_ids.c file. Additionally, per the datasheet this NAND
appears to use the same paired pages scheme as the Toshiba
TC58TEG5DCLTA00 (dist3), so add support for that to enable use in
SLC emulation mode.
Tested on a NTC CHIP the device is able to write to a ubifs formatted
partition, and then have U-Boot (with proposed patches) boot from a
kernel located on that ubifs formatted partition.

The Kioxia/Toshiba TH58NVG2S3HBAI4 NAND memory is not ONFI compliant.
The timings of the NAND chip memory are quite close to ONFI mode 4 but
is breaking that spec.
By providing our own set of timings, erase block read speed is increased
from 6910 kiB/s to 13490 kiB/s and erase block write speed is increased
from 3350 kiB/s to 4410 kiB/s.
Tested on IMX6SX which has a NAND controller supporting EDO mode.

It is currently called nand_manufacturer but could actually be called
nand_manufacturer_desc, like its instances, so that the former name is
left unused for now.

A lot of things defined in rawnand.h should not be exposed to NAND
controller drivers and should only be shared by core files.
Create the drivers/mtd/nand/raw/internals.h header to store such
definitions, and move all private defs to this header.
Also remove EXPORT_SYMBOLS() on functions that are not supposed to be
exposed.
