5c24c9d227 drm/i915/gem: Use to_gt() helper for GGTT accesses
GGTT is currently available both through i915->ggtt and gt->ggtt, and we
eventually want to get rid of the i915->ggtt one.
Use to_gt() for all i915->ggtt accesses to help with the future
refactoring.

82be0d7540 drm/i915/selftest: Create mock_destroy_device
Just some prep work before we rework the lifetime handling, which
requires replacing all the drm_dev_put in selftests by something else.

v2: Don't go with a static inline, upsets the header tests and
separation.
