To support multi-GT configurations, we need to generate
independent debug files for each GT.
To achieve this create a separate directory for each GT under the
debugfs directory. For instance, in a system with two GTs, the
debugfs structure would look like this:

It has become common practice to refer to the drm_i915_private
structures as "i915". However, there are still instances where
they are referred to as "dev_priv". This inconsistency can make
grepping for information more difficult and does not maintain a
cohesive style throughout the code.
Rename all the "dev_priv" structures in the gt/* directory to
"i915".

During GuC error capture initialization, we estimate the amount of size
we need for the error-capture-region of the shared GuC-log-buffer.
This calculation was incorrect so fix that. With the fixed calculation
we can reduce the allocation of error-capture region from 4MB to 1MB
(see note2 below for reasoning). Additionally, switch from drm_notice to
drm_debug for the 3X spare size check since that would be impossible to
hit without redesigning gpu_coredump framework to hold multiple captures.
NOTE1: Even for 1x the min size estimation case, actually running out
of space is a corner case because it can only occur if all engine
instances get reset all at once and i915 isn't able extract the capture
data fast enough within G2H handler worker.
NOTE2: With the corrected calculation, a DG2 part required ~77K and a PVC
required ~115K (1X min-est-size that is calculated as one-shot all-engine-
reset scenario).

A patch was merged to remove the GuC log size override module
parameters. That patch was broken and caused kernel error messages on
boot in non CONFIG_DEBUG_GUC|GEM builds:

The intent of Wa_14015141709 was to inform us that userspace can no
longer control object-level preemption as it has on past platforms
(i.e., by twiddling register bit CS_CHICKEN1[0]). The description of
the workaround in the spec wasn't terribly well-written, and when we
requested clarification from the hardware teams we were told that on the
kernel side we should also probably stop setting
FF_SLICE_CS_CHICKEN1[14], which is the register bit that directs the
hardware to honor the settings in per-context register CS_CHICKEN1. It
turns out that this guidance about FF_SLICE_CS_CHICKEN1[14] was a
mistake; even though CS_CHICKEN1[0] is non-operational and useless to
userspace, there are other bits in the register that do still work and
might need to be adjusted by userspace in the future (e.g., to implement
other workarounds that show up). If we don't set
FF_SLICE_CS_CHICKEN1[14] in i915, then those future workarounds would
not take effect.

The GuC log buffer sizes had to be configured statically at compile
time. This can be quite troublesome when needing to get larger logs
out of a released driver. So re-organise the code to allow a boot time
module parameter override.

It is useful to be able to match GuC events to kernel events when
looking at the GuC log. That requires being able to convert GuC
timestamps to kernel time. So, when dumping error captures and/or GuC
logs, include a stamp in both time zones plus the clock frequency.

There was a size check to warn if the GuC error state capture buffer
allocation would be too small to fit a reasonable amount of capture
data for the current platform. Unfortunately, the test was done too
early in the boot sequence and was actually testing 'if(-ENODEV >
size)'.
Move the check to be later. The check is only used to print a warning
message, so it doesn't really matter how early or late it is done.
Note that it is not possible to dynamically size the buffer because
the allocation needs to be done before the engine information is
available (at least, it would be in the intended two-phase GuC init
process).
Now that the check works, it is reporting size too small for newer
platforms. The check includes a 3x oversample multiplier to allow for
multiple error captures to be bufferd by GuC before i915 has a chance
to read them out. This is less important than simply being big enough
to fit the first capture.
So a) bump the default size to be large enough for one capture minimum
and b) make the warning only if one capture won't fit, instead use a
notice for the 3x size.
Note that the size estimate is a worst case scenario. Actual captures
will likely be smaller.
Lastly, use drm_warn istead of DRM_WARN as the former provides more
infmration and the latter is deprecated.

Both error-capture and relay-logging mechanism use the GuC
log infrastructure. That means the KMD must send a log flush
complete notification back to GuC after reading the data out.
This call is currently being sent synchronously.
However, synchronous H2Gs cause problems when the system is
backed up. There is no need for this to be synchronous. The
KMD wasn't even looking at the return status from it. So make
it asynchronous and then there is no issue about time outs.

- Upon the G2H Notify-Err-Capture event, parse through the
GuC Log Buffer (error-capture-subregion) and generate one or
more capture-nodes. A single node represents a single "engine-
instance-capture-dump" and contains at least 3 register lists:
global, engine-class and engine-instance. An internal link
list is maintained to store one or more nodes.
- Because the link-list node generation happen before the call
to i915_gpu_codedump, duplicate global and engine-class register
lists for each engine-instance register dump if we find
dependent-engine resets in a engine-capture-group.
- When i915_gpu_coredump calls into capture_engine, (in a
subsequent patch) we detach the matching node (guc-id,
LRCA, etc) from the link list above and attach it to
i915_gpu_coredump's intel_engine_coredump structure when have
matching LRCA/guc-id/engine-instance.
Additional notes to be aware of:
- GuC generates the error capture dump into the GuC log buffer but
this buffer is one big log buffer with 3 independent subregions
within it. Each subregion is populated with different content
and used in different ways and timings but all regions operate
behave as independent ring buffers. Each guc-log subregion
(general-logs, crash-dump and error- capture) has it's own
guc_log_buffer_state that contain independent read and write
pointers.

GuC log buffer regions for debug-log-events, crash-dumps and
error-state-capture are all part of a single bo allocation that
also includes the guc_log_buffer_state structures. Now that we
support it, increase the size allocation for error-capture.
Since the error-capture region is accessed at non-deterministic
times (as part of GuC triggered context reset) while debug-log-
events region is accessed as part of relay logging or during
debugfs triggered dumps, move the mapping and unmapping of the
shared buffer into intel_guc_log_create and intel_guc_log_destroy
so that it's always mapped throughout life of GuC operation.
Additionally, while here, update the guc log region layout
diagram to follow the order according to the enum definition
as per the GuC interface.
NOTE: A future effort to visit (part of baseline code) is that
buf_addr should be updated to be a io_sys_map and use the
io_sys_map wrapper functions to access the various GuC log
buffer regions.

Update to the latest GuC release.
The latest GuC firmware introduces a number of interface changes:
GuC may return NO_RESPONSE_RETRY message for requests sent over CTB.
Add support for this reply and try resending the request again as a
new CTB message.
A KLV (key-length-value) mechanism is now used for passing
configuration data such as CTB management.
With the new KLV scheme, the old CTB management actions are no longer
used and are removed.
Register capture on hang is now supported by GuC. Full i915 support
for this will be added by a later patch. A minimum support of
providing capture memory and register lists is required though, so add
that in.
The device id of the current platform needs to be provided at init time.
The 'poll CS' w/a (Wa_22012773006) was blanket enabled by previous
versions of GuC. It must now be explicitly requested by the KMD. So,
add in the code to turn it on when relevant.
The GuC log entry format has changed. This requires adding a new field
to the log header structure to mark the wrap point at the end of the
buffer (as the buffer size is no longer a multiple of the log entry
size).
New CTB notification messages are now sent for some things that were
previously only sent via MMIO notifications.
Of these, the crash dump notification was not really being handled by
i915. It called the log flush code but that only flushed the regular
debug log and then only if relay logging was enabled. So just report
an error message instead.
The 'exception' notification was just being ignored completely. So add
an error message for that as well.
Note that in either the crash dump or the exception case, the GuC is
basically dead. The KMD will detect this via the heartbeat and trigger
both an error log (which will include the crash dump as part of the
GuC log) and a GT reset. So no other processing is really required.

In the ucode functions, the calls are done before userspace runs,
when debugging using debugfs, or when creating semi-permanent mappings;
we can safely use the unlocked versions that does the ww dance for us.
Because there is no pin_pages_unlocked yet, add it as convenience function.
This removes possible lockdep splats about missing resv lock for ucode.

Start using device specific parameters instead of module parameters for
most things. The module parameters become the immutable initial values
for i915 parameters. The device specific parameters in i915->params
start life as a copy of i915_modparams. Any later changes are only
reflected in the debugfs.
The stragglers are:
* i915.force_probe and i915.modeset. Needed before dev_priv is
available. This is fine because the parameters are read-only and never
modified.
* i915.verbose_state_checks. Passing dev_priv to I915_STATE_WARN and
I915_STATE_WARN_ON would result in massive and ugly churn. This is
handled by not exposing the parameter via debugfs, and leaving the
parameter writable in sysfs. This may be fixed up in follow-up work.
* i915.inject_probe_failure. Only makes sense in terms of the module,
not the device. This is handled by not exposing the parameter via
debugfs.

uC is a component of the GT, so it makes sense for the uC debugfs files
to be in the GT folder. A subfolder has been used to keep the same
structure we have for the code.

Move the printers to the respective files for clarity. The
guc_load_status debugfs has been squashed in the guc_info one, has
having separate ones wasn't very useful. The HuC debugfs has been
renamed huc_info to match.

Creating and opening the GuC log relay file enables and starts
the relay potentially before the caller is ready to consume logs.
Change the behavior so that relay starts only on an explicit call
to the write function (with a value of '1'). Other values flush
the log relay as before.

Avoid going to the base i915 device when we already have a path from gt
to the runtime powermanagement interface. The benefit is that it looks a
bit more self-consistent to always be acquiring the gt->uncore->rpm for
use with the gt->uncore.

As we plan to continue driver load after GuC initialization
failure, we can't assume that GuC log data will be available
just because GuC was initially enabled. We must check that
GuC is still running instead.

It used to be handy that we only had a couple of headers, but over time
i915_drv.h has become unwieldy. Extract declarations to a separate
header file corresponding to the implementation module, clarifying the
modularity of the driver.
Ensure the new header is self-contained, and do so with minimal further
includes, using forward declarations as needed. Include the new header
only where needed, and sort the modified include directives while at it
and as needed.
No functional changes.
