84e7fc2591 sfc: attach/detach EF100 representors along with their owning PF
Since representors piggy-back on the PF's queues for TX, they can
only accept new TXes while the PF is up. Thus, any operation which
detaches the PF must first detach all its VFreps.

02443ab8c9 sfc: support passing a representor to the EF100 TX path
A non-null efv in __ef100_enqueue_skb() indicates that the packet is
from that representor, should be transmitted with a suitable option
descriptor (to instruct the switch to deliver it to the representee),
and should not be accounted to the parent PF's stats or BQL.

da56552d04 sfc: determine representee m-port for EF100 representors
An MAE port, or m-port, is a port (source/destination for traffic) on
the Match-Action Engine (the internal switch on EF100).
Representors will use their representee's m-port for two purposes: as
a destination override on TX from the representor, and as a source
match in 'default rules' to steer representee traffic (when not
matched by e.g. a TC flower rule) to representor RX via the parent
 PF's receive queue.

95287e1b4e sfc: detect ef100 MAE admin privilege/capability at probe time
One PCIe function per network port (more precisely, per m-port group) is
responsible for configuring the Match-Action Engine which performs
switching and packet modification in the slice to support flower/OVS
offload. The GRP_MAE bit in the privilege mask indicates whether a
 given function has this capability.
At probe time, call MCDIs to read the calling function's privilege mask,
and store the GRP_MAE bit in a new ef100_nic_data member.

ada74c5539 sfc: fix kernel panic when creating VF
When creating VFs a kernel panic can happen when calling to
efx_ef10_try_update_nic_stats_vf.

When releasing a DMA coherent buffer, sometimes, I don't know in what
specific circumstances, it has to unmap memory with vunmap. It is
disallowed to do that in IRQ context or with BH disabled. Otherwise, we
hit this line in vunmap, causing the crash:
  BUG_ON(in_interrupt());

This patch reenables BH to release the buffer.

Log messages when the bug is hit:

ebe41da5d4 sfc: fix use after free when disabling sriov
Use after free is detected by kfence when disabling sriov. What was read
after being freed was vf->pci_dev: it was freed from pci_disable_sriov
and later read in efx_ef10_sriov_free_vf_vports, called from
efx_ef10_sriov_free_vf_vswitching.

Set the pointer to NULL at release time to not trying to read it later.

Reproducer and dmesg log (note that kfence doesn't detect it every time):

25bde571b4 sfc/siena: fix wrong tx channel offset with efx_separate_tx_channels
tx_channel_offset is calculated in efx_allocate_msix_channels, but it is
also calculated again in efx_set_channels because it was originally done
there, and when efx_allocate_msix_channels was introduced it was
forgotten to be removed from efx_set_channels.

Moreover, the old calculation is wrong when using
efx_separate_tx_channels because now we can have XDP channels after the
TX channels, so n_channels - n_tx_channels doesn't point to the first TX
channel.

Remove the old calculation from efx_set_channels, and add the
initialization of this variable if MSI or legacy interrupts are used,
next to the initialization of the rest of the related variables, where
it was missing.

2e102b53f8 sfc: fix considering that all channels have TX queues
Normally, all channels have RX and TX queues, but this is not true if
modparam efx_separate_tx_channels=1 is used. In that cases, some
channels only have RX queues and others only TX queues (or more
preciselly, they have them allocated, but not initialized).

Fix efx_channel_has_tx_queues to return the correct value for this case
too.

Both sfc/efx_channels.h and sfc/siena/efx_channels.h used the same

7c4e983c4f net: allow gso_max_size to exceed 65536
The code for gso_max_size was added originally to allow for debugging and
workaround of buggy devices that couldn't support TSO with blocks 64K in
size. The original reason for limiting it to 64K was because that was the
existing limits of IPv4 and non-jumbogram IPv6 length fields.

With the addition of Big TCP we can remove this limit and allow the value
to potentially go up to UINT_MAX and instead be limited by the tso_max_size
value.

So in order to support this we need to go through and clean up the
remaining users of the gso_max_size value so that the values will cap at
64K for non-TCPv6 flows. In addition we can clean up the GSO_MAX_SIZE value
so that 64K becomes GSO_LEGACY_MAX_SIZE and UINT_MAX will now be the upper
limit for GSO_MAX_SIZE.

v6: (edumazet) fixed a compile error if CONFIG_IPV6=n,
               in a new sk_trim_gso_size() helper.
netif_set_tso_max_size() caps the requested TSO size
               with GSO_MAX_SIZE.

1fa89ffbc0 net: sfc: ef10: fix memory leak in efx_ef10_mtd_probe()
In the NIC ->probe() callback, ->mtd_probe() callback is called.
If NIC has 2 ports, ->probe() is called twice and ->mtd_probe() too.
In the ->mtd_probe(), which is efx_ef10_mtd_probe() it allocates and
initializes mtd partiion.
But mtd partition for sfc is shared data.
So that allocated mtd partition data from last called
efx_ef10_mtd_probe() will not be used.
Therefore it must be freed.
But it doesn't free a not used mtd partition data in efx_ef10_mtd_probe().
