Certificate based authentication is available as an alternative to
password based authentication.
The WMI commands are cryptographically signed using a separate
signing server and will be verified by the BIOS before being
accepted.
This commit details the fields that are needed to support that
implementation. At present the changes are intended for Lenovo
platforms, but have been designed to keep them as flexible as possible
for future implementations from other vendors.

Newer Lenovo BIOS's have an opcode GUID support interface which provides
- improved password setting control
- ability to set System, hard drive and NVMe passwords
Add the support for these new passwords, and the ability to select
user/master mode and the drive index.

Many Lenovo BIOS's support the ability to send a debug command which
is useful for debugging and testing unreleased or early features.
Adding support for this feature as a module parameter.

Various pdx86 docs under Documentation/ABI/testing still use Mario's
old, now defunct, <mario.limonciello@dell.com> address.
Update the docs to point to either the new Dell.Client.Kernel@dell.com
email alias for Dell specific drivers, or to Mario's new @outlook.com
address for other drivers.

The Dell WMI Systems Management Driver provides a sysfs
interface for systems management to enable BIOS configuration
capability on certain Dell Systems.
This driver allows user to configure Dell systems with a
uniform common interface. To facilitate this, the patch
introduces a generic way for driver to be able to create
configurable BIOS Attributes available in Setup (F2) screen.
